Kevin Neely is a principal and co-owner of C&E Systems. He is the former Executive Assistant to Attorney General Hardy Myers and the Oregon Department of Justice. Kevin served as both the agency lobbyist and lead press secretary for all issues relating to Oregon’s Justice Department. Prior to that, he was Assistant to the President at one of Oregon’s most well known private colleges, Willamette University. Kevin brings an insider’s knowledge of state agencies, state administrative processes and external communications. |
